Coaching Staff

Nick Hreshko ’17, ‘18M joined the Monmouth men's lacrosse as a volunteer assistant coach in September 2022.

The 2023 season was Monmouth's first as a member of the CAA.

Hreshko was a standout student-athlete for the Hawks during his career and was part of Monmouth’s first MAAC regular season and tournament Championship team in 2017. During his time at Monmouth, Hreshko was named the 2017 CAANJ Male Student-Athlete of the Year, a 2017 Honorable Mention All-American by Inside Lacrosse Magazine, a 2017 CoSIDA Academic All-District Men's At-Large First Team for District 9 and the 2017 Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference Defensive Player of the Year. He was the 2016-17 Kelsey Award winner, which is awarded to the Monmouth student-athlete with the highest individual grade-point average as well as the 2016-17 Bill Boylan Award winner, presented annually to the senior student-athletes who demonstrate the traits of leadership, sportsmanship, scholarship and athletic ability that were so constant in the career of Bill Boylan.

Hreshko graduated from Monmouth with a degree in accounting and worked in the private sector as an auditor at PwC in their Asset and Wealth Management group for three years. In 2021 Hreshko joined CFGI, a consulting firm specializing in accounting advisory. In addition, he has spent time coaching youth and high school lacrosse in the Philadelphia area. Hreshko served as the Assistant Club Director for Team11 – Sankey Lacrosse and was the head coach of the 11th grade team where he focused on player development, college recruitment and leadership.
